Private Strong Dynamics Hockey Lessons

All private lessons are done by appointment.   We offer private lessons on Thursdays at 8 PM at Conway Arena.   We share the ice for the private lessons, partitioning off a zone for the private students, which keeps the cost of the lesson down. 

In addition we have access to some shared ice at Skate 3 in Tyngsboro during the day and some evenings for which we can work out a convenient time.   We may also have additional ice at Conway when available.

As well, we rent ice at other rinks, depending on what day and time we need, and what we want to work on.  Often we do lessons during public skating ice if it is edges and agility without puck and stick.   The skaters still wear all hockey equipment.
