Wednesdays at Athlete’s Edge, Off Ice $385 Athlete’s Edge Hockey Specific Dryland Semiprivate (up to 6 players) Sessions OFF ICE, 5:00 or 6:00 PM Hockey Specific Dryland training is appropriate for all ages to develop agility, coordination, fast feet, soft hands, rhythm, strength and explosive speed through plyometrics, core strengthening and hockey-specific training for checking, passing, shooting and stickhandling *
